Admission and Referral Process at Navigate House

We warmly welcome visitors to tour our facilities at Navigate House. Feel free to come by, explore our space, and get a feel for the environment. Take your time to make a decision; we’re here to answer all your questions without any rush. Do keep in mind, though, that if we’re at full capacity, joining our waiting list might be necessary.

For any general questions about our services, please contact our office. We’re ready to provide information and arrange conversations with our manager. It’s essential for us to either have the young person visit us or to meet them where they are, as this initiates our assessment process and helps us understand their aspirations and concerns about joining Navigate House. We also encourage Social Workers to tour our facility and the surrounding neighbourhood before a young person’s admission.

It’s important that referral forms are filled out and brought during the admission process, ensuring all critical information is accurately captured and recorded.
